The 700 free issues

So was anyone else disappointed when Marvel's 700 free issue giveaway crashed comixology? I was pretty excited to read a few of the Marvel Now! issue 1's that I missed and catch the starting issue of a few famous runs that interested me, but of course everyone had the same idea and the servers died.
Thoughts on this? Major bummer for me personally, but it was great that Marvel did a giveaway like this

yea it was great that Marvel did this. This stuff always happens though. Servers crash etc because they have never tested that type of traffic before.

It annoyed me as comics I had purchased previously and wanted to download to my iPad were failing to connect to the dead servers. I don't understand the hype of free #1 comics. I understand from Marvel its a foot in the door to some peoples wallets, but when people decide to grab all 700 "because they can," it just shows how greedy we have become.
