Funniest/weirdest game glitches?

What's the funniest and/or weirdest glitch you've had in a game? One of mine has to be a black-face glitch I got in L4D2, some mods I'd added to the game made it weird out and ended looking like this:



Frickin' racist infected!

Probably the weirdest glitch i have come across was in GTA San Andreas. Anyone can do this really easy. There is this house and in the backyard there is this 1 wall then you can walk through. After you do so you just begin to fall for ages then you pop up on the road like a block down from the house. You can keep repeating it also.
