Your favorite video game ever?

What is your favorite game? Maybe not the best game you ever played or the best game ever, but which one would you call your favorite?

Mine would be Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence. A great balance of story and gameplay and Subsistence adds a lot of cool content. It's one of the few games to move me emotionally.

What do you all like?

Probably Dark Souls in terms of gameplay. Great RPG. Terms of story probably Heavy Rain. Always a hard questions.

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. I could play that for hours on end back in the day!

I was just thinking about this earlier, in terms of RPGs, the best I'd ever played has to be KoTOR, to me it was such a compelling story, the combat system was great, loved the locations the side missions, just everything about it.

If you forced me to pick my favourite game of all time? At a push, I'd say minecraft, just because it is a game that I could play two years ago, now, and forever more, and never feel that it was dated or disappointing. It's a game that you can leave and come back to and find enjoyment each time, and engage in it in so many different ways.

Okami HD. Beautiful game, beautiful story, beautiful gameplay. If you've never tried it and you like action/adventure/cel-shaded graphics/puzzles/LoZ/Japan, you need to play this game.

Final Fantasy 9. A brilliant story, with art that broke away from the traditional Final Fantasy design scheme.
